Who we are

What we collect
This site has no account system, no contact form and no newsletter sign-up. We do not set cookies and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, address, project details and drawings, and we use it only to answer you and quote your project.
The span calculator
The calculator executes locally within your client viewport; dimensional inputs are never sent to us or anyone else.
Third-party requests
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information as part of the request. Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser type) for security and troubleshooting, and those logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share project details only with people who need them to do the work you asked for, such as our structural engineer or a freight carrier, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the emails and project information we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
