And it seems one kid is taking this to the extreme. Damian Aldersmith, a twelve-year-old from Arizona has taken to close up magic like a duck to water. His skills have grown and grown to the point he is giving even the pros a run for their money.
The Trick
Damian has been confounding people with an incredible trick where he manages to make an ordinary magic wand seemingly melt into a viscous goo. Then he reforms the goo into an edible piece of fruit. The trick is incredible enough as it is. But it doesn’t end there.
When you bite into the fruit, you find your own credit card. People are baffled. It is so good it could be actual magic. Penn and Teller are unable to figure it out, which is saying something.
Many people questioned the legitimacy of the wand. But after checking the product reviews at nononsenseninja, they confirmed it is nothing more than a normal wand. No technological trickery is afoot here. Everything that happens is down to Damian’s own natural talent.
Many Vegas casinos have approached him, looking to book him on to a show circuit. But his parents have said he is not allowed to go touring until he has graduated. So we will all have to wait to see Damian perform live. I for one cannot wait for that day and relish the opportunity to see his magic up close and personal.
